Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via our identity provider (Clerk by default). When you use the platform, we collect site content you create, usage analytics, and technical logs necessary to operate the service. We collect URLs you submit to the rebuilder and the resulting crawl artefacts.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve Actium Studio, communicate with you about your account, enforce our terms of service, and comply with legal obligations. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may inform product decisions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud SQL (Postgres) with encryption at rest. Tenant isolation is enforced by Postgres row-level security, not application-layer convention. Site content is cached on Cloudflare’s global edge network. Audit logs record every privileged write. Secrets live in Google Secret Manager and are never exposed to client code.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, queues), Google Cloud Platform (database and infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and PostHog (product analytics). Each operates under their own privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may export your site content and rebuilder artefacts. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days; aggregated, anonymized data may be retained.

6. Contact
