1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Actium Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of service

Actium Studio is a multi-tenant content management system that provides URL-to-site rebuilding, visual page building, blog editing, SEO tools, media management, and website hosting. The service is provided as-is and may be updated at any time.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share accounts or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to host content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others. You may only submit URLs to the rebuilder that you have the right to crawl or for which crawling is permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. AI credit purchases are non-refundable once consumed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Ventures Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your content within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
