Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is available on Pro and Enterprise plans at a discount. Contact sales to enable it on your account.
What happens if I exceed my page-view quota?
We will email you when you hit 80% of your quota. Overages are billed at a flat per-thousand-page-view rate at the end of the month — your site does not get throttled or taken down.
Is the AI rebuilder included on every plan?
Yes. Every plan can submit URLs to the rebuilder. Pro and Enterprise plans get priority queue placement when the worker pool is saturated.
